Return and Refund Policy
At 4Handle, we are committed to providing our customers with products and services of the highest quality. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return an item or request a refund. This return and refund policy outlines our terms and procedures to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. General Conditions
1.1 Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product.
1.2 Condition of the Product: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund.
1.4 Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service before being shipped.
2. Non-Eligible Products
2.1 Customized Products: Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
2.2 Hygienic Products: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, etc., are not eligible for return.
2.3 Perishable Products: Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
2.4 Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return Process
3.1 Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@4handle.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the item.
3.2 Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your items, along with a prepaid return label if applicable.
3.3 Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective products. Please use a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
3.4 Receipt and Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify its condition. We will notify you by email of the receipt and approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
4.1 Return Validation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 Refund Method: If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
4.3 Refund Delays: If you have not yet received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@4handle.com.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Defective or Damaged Products: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@4handle.com with details and photos of the product.
5.2 Exchange Process: Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions to return the defective or damaged product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
6. Exceptions and Special Considerations
6.1 Final Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refund or exchange, except in cases of defect or damage.
6.2 Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
6.3 Special Offers and Promotional Products: Products purchased during special promotions or as part of bundle offers may be subject to specific return conditions. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of these offers for more details.
7. International Return Policy
7.1 International Shipments: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including taxes, customs duties, and other applicable fees.
7.2 Processing Time: International returns may take longer to process. We will notify you once the returned item has been received and inspected.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
At 4Handle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@4handle.com so we can resolve your issue in the best possible way.
9. Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Immediate Cancellation (Self-Service): You have a strict 10-minute window after your purchase to cancel your order on your own. This process can be done directly from your customer account at the following address: https://account.4handle.com. In this case, your order will be instantly canceled and fully refunded.
9.2 Right of Withdrawal and Production: Past this 10-minute window, your order is automatically transmitted to our workshop, and the print-on-demand manufacturing process is launched. Once production has started, it becomes technically impossible to interrupt or cancel the process.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you retain your full right of withdrawal, valid for 14 days from the receipt of your package. If you change your mind after production has begun, simply log your return request at https://account.4handle.com upon receiving your package, and then return the item to us (new and unworn) at your own expense, according to the terms of our return policy.
